Edenridge officially opened its doors last Sunday, with more than 200 guests joining us at the Marion Hotel for the VIP Sales Launch.
On Sunday 18 October, future residents, first home buyers, young families and local builders filled the room across 3 sessions to get a first look at Edenridge, the new masterplanned community at Onkaparinga Heights. It was a big day for the project, and the energy in the room showed just how much interest there is in this new corner of Adelaide's south.
Inside the launch
We ran 3 sessions through the day, at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, so every guest got a relaxed, personal experience rather than one crowded room.
Each session opened with the Edenridge launch video, followed by a presentation from the team on the vision for the estate, what life at Edenridge will look like, and the support available for first home buyers. The moment everyone was waiting for came next: the official price release for Stage 1, Release 1.
After the presentation, guests stayed on to chat with our sales team, ask questions and talk through which lots suited them best.

What's next
Stage 1 is now on sale, with 16 homes in the first release. Construction is underway, and the first allotments will settle in May/June 2027.
